Q: How can I check if the laptop battery is compatible with my laptop?

1) Locate the "Model Name" label on the front of your laptop under the keyboard (some are on the back) or the "Battery Model" label on the battery, then look for that model number in the Product Compatibility List on this website.

2) Compare whether your original battery's voltage and capacity are the same as ours, and then look at the overall picture of our product to see whether the interface and general shape are the same.

3) If you have any questions, please contact info@batteryshop.org.uk.

Q: What is the correct way to charge the laptop battery?

A: Because the current lithium-ion battery has no memory effect, you don't need to charge the new battery for 12 hours or more the first time you use it, just fully charged. When the laptop is connected to an external power source, the battery will stop charging and discharging when it is fully charged and will continue to use the external power source for power delivery. If you use an external power supply frequently, leave it unplugged from the battery several times a week to extend the life of your battery. It should be noted that when using battery power, you should try to avoid running out of battery power. If the remaining power is 10%, you need to connect an external power supply.

Q: How should I maintain my laptop battery every day?

* Avoid completely discharging the battery.

* Set the computer's power options to "Power Save Mode".

* Close some unnecessary applications that consume battery.

* Reduce the brightness of the display as much as possible.

* If the outside temperature is too high, e.g. B. in large applications, a heat sink should be used to accelerate the heat dissipation.

* If the notebook computer is not used for a long time, the battery should be charged and discharged once a month and stored in a cool and dry place.
